fredricksburg or salado????

For a new guy without a finished buggy yet, but want to check out the atmosphere, swap and meet a few of ya which one would be the best to make it to?

last year I was in the same place you are, and probably will be again this year. :roll:

I hit them both. I hadn't really ever been around VW's either, so Fredricksburg was a good primer for me on VW's.

But if I could have only picked one, it would have been Salado.

The swap meet in Fredricksburg is worth the trip

Make both if ya can for sure. Fredricksberg is about the largest showing of all types of VW's in Texas and the Salado show is a great gathering of buggy lovers pure and simple. A smaller show but more focused on buggys.
