Hey Guys

Postby David Head » 05 Sun Jun, 2011 8:44 pm

Hey Guys,
With great reluctance I have sold "MaroonManx" She has gone to a good home. The new owners name is Georganne and she lives in Lindale. I told her about the club and I hope she joins. Sometime in the future I hope to build another rail. I'm not gone for good, you may see me lurking around the forums and may even crash in on a club function. REmember you dont need to own a buggy to be a member of the club.
Thanks for all your support over the years. And for you newbies, There is a lot of knowledge in this group. Dont be afraid to ask if you have a question. most of the guys are more than happy to share it with you.
See yall around. And dont forget to welcome Georganne to the group.
David

I wished David had of put in his first post when he said that the MaroonManx was for sale that he had no intention of selling it to any fat rednecks from the Arlington. That would have saved me from trying to find out how much he wanted for it allmost everyday.I have always liked that buggy and would of liked to own it but I won't make that mistake again.

I sure hope that wasn't the case. Lord knows there is no better home for a buggy then yours. Mello yellow is constantly the cleanest, most polished up, totally spotless buggy at every event I have attended.

Ok Russ, I hope you were kidding, I mentioned at work a couple of months ago that I might sell the buggy. Georganne was interested. When I got serious about it, She inquired about it again and said she was serious about buying it. She is into Moto guzzi's. She actually took the buggy on a 360 mile cruise by herself Saturday. The Most I've done in one day is about 250. Shes a real trooper.
I hope to build another one sometime, probably a short rail.
Don't give up on me.
ttyl.
