A fiberglass Manx style buggy was spotted at the intersection of FM 1626 and FM 967 in Buda on about Oct, 1st (Tuesday), heading West toward The Salt Lick. License plate IBUGGY.
Anyone know who it was?

That plate, IBUGGY, is not a registered Texas license plate.
