Help ID Alexis' buggy

I recieved a letter from Alexis in Puerto Rico.In addition to wanting to know more about the club, he also asked if we could help identify his buggy.....anyone?

puerto rico is a hotbed of import drag racing
looks as if the buggy has some drag sliks on the back
I see Ponce speedway in its future
sorry I cant help on the ID
might want to look over the DB archives for a match
