Put an offer in on a house

Has a nice 2 car garage where I can park the buggy & plenty of extra space for working on restoring it. Hopefully & the Lord willing, that all will go smoothly with the offer.

Yeah we found out yesterday afternoon that they accepted the offer. House is vacant, so we should be able to close fairly quickly. Then I can go back to the ole homestead to pick the buggy up from the barn & visit with my family.
