Garage night? anyone?

Postby BrianB » 30 Sat May, 2009 4:07 pm

I'm bringing home a new project in the next couple of days and was wondering if anyone on the westside of Houston would be interested in coming over and help with the build? I'll supply the beverages and snacks and tools and you supply a set of hands to lend a helping hand. I am also up to helping anyone in the area that needs an extra set of hands. I was thinking in about two weeks or so. Any thoughts??

I'd come over the weekend of the 13th. The weekend after that I'll be out of town. What sort of work did you have in mind?

I wont know until I get the Buggy to the house tomorrow. Maybe run the brake lines or install the trans and front beam.

I guess I'll wait until the weekend of the 27th/28th to do this. I need to evaluate what I have and dont have and come up with a game plan. I have the trans ready to go in. I'm bringing home a linkpin front beam in the next couple of days that may ao may not need some work. I need to get a emergency brake handle to put in and some other brake parts. Anyway if anyone is interested I'll post up in the next week or so with a firm plan.

It's a little hot out to be doing this, this weekend. And I'll be going to Austin for Sunday. Soon though. Middle of July maybe?
