anyone know these guys -Texas flat 4 vw club ???

went to lunch today and noticed the club garage for the texas flat 4 club -lots of vws there but no time to stop-looked on line but did not see that they had a website-anyone know these guys?I also saw a vw shop next to them too-no name on the shop but saw they had a motor on a test stand in the parking lot-I work right off ave K in Plano-just wondering what excatly they have there-
