Rear Axle Seal Kit Parts ID

I'm haveing trouble determining the correct term for the parts in a rear axle seal kit for a Swing Axle.

The thin steel washer that is included in the seal kit......................is that the "Oil Slinger" or is it the washer that is installed next to the small "o" ring near the bearing?

I would think the thicker washer (that is not part of the kit) is the washer that compresses the small "O"ring.

OK, That helps but is #7 the thin washer in the seal kit?

I do not have a #14, or anything like it. My #12 cover has a lip on it and a weep hole at the bottom.

Part of my problem is that did not disasemble the axle myself, it arrived in a box of parts for me to sift through and piece together.

Notice how thin the washer is in the kit, like made of sheet metal.

Yours probably looks like this:
#13 is the sheet metal washer.
