While Neal hasn't been active for some time, he has always kept an eye on the buggy scene. He was a great guy, innovative and funny as heck.

I just learned from David that his brother Neal O'Bannion passed away today. Neal and I founded the Texas Manx Club in early 2001.
While Neal hasn't been active for some time, he has always kept an eye on the buggy scene. He was a great guy, innovative and funny as heck.
May he rest in peace.
