hey all. awesome site and cars. im new to this so i will be asking lots of questions. has anyone used or have any info on the body that dans performance parts sells. i like it cause it is longer and uses the stock length pan. i want the bigger interior. also how do u tell a type 1 from a type 2 and so on thanx

I can't help much seeing that my knowlege is not very extensive in vw's yet but I can say welcome aboard and ask all the questions you like there are some really knowlegeable people around here.

There's a great guy on here that sells full length buggies (or buggys) Neil, from hawkeye buggies... check his out! :lol:

welcome aboard
the long body is nice and simple chassie wises
also look at the texas buggy as well
type I are VW beetles, ghias,
type II are the trucks and busses,
type III are fastbacks, notch backs, and wagons,
as well as a type III Ghia Yuk
if it aint broke, break it then fix it
