Anyone been to Hawaii lately? Seen any Dune Buggies running around? This has to be the stupidest legal battle in history where they don't allow Dune Buggies on the road for safety issues.

I could show you dozens of video's of unsafe motorcycle riding and here in Hawaii they don't think Buggies are safe... Unreal

I wonder if they got the law past where they can drive their buggies now. This was an article in 2003.... You'd only think that Hawaii would be the place for Dune Buggies. Lilo and Stitch get to drive their Dune Buggy in Hawaii and that's a cartoon.
