dash update

Any suggestion on how to redo dash . I was thinking of Lexan or Alum. To many holes by previous owner and don't want to fill and repaint.

No pictures, but I've seen nice ones from aluminum, wood and carbon fiber ($$$) I'd say whatever you're comfortable working with, go for it.

Did you have that made to fit? How much was it if you mind me asking? I'll probably go that route for starters and then after aquiring a set of gauges that I like I'll do what Jeff has done.

I used one of Chris K's panels in my green buggy, it worked out really well, mount all the gauges lights and switches etc. in the panel then the panel gets mounted to the dash. Makes life so much easier that way, beats the heck out laying on your back up under the dash trying to connect everything.

not a problem Brian i was out at Brian Porters for most of the day putting the motor back in my car, and when that was done there were some cans in his refrigerator that needed our help. :lol: :lol: any way the panel 17 1/2 across the top and 4 3/4 tall
