Has anyone used the serpentine be ltsystems, and what do ya think?

Never used one but Ive read that they don't slip like a V belt will at high RPMs. So if plan on turning high RPM with the serpentine a welded fan would be a good idea.

PS. I checked and do have an extra steering stabilizer bracket Ill try to get it to Bobby this weekend.

Got one on mine. Love it! No more worry about getting loose and coming off going down the road. If it does get loose, it adjusts easily. I highly recommend it, if you can just bite the bullet and ignore the cost. Not bad though. Texas Buggies sells them. :)
