HEAD FLYCUT SIZE?

hi guys i am selling my bug pack heads and i was asked a question about the size they were flycut for and im not sure how to crossover the diff sizes. i measured the existing holes and they are cut to 98 mm so what size jugs does that translate to 90.5 or 92mm or did the machine shop just totally screw me and cut em way to big? thanks
