Scat Drag Fast Shifter

Postby Rotobug » 05 Mon Jun, 2006 6:14 pm

All right all you gurus here's a question for ya. Anyone out there running a scat drag fast shifter? if so, does the stock reverse plate get used or deleted? Mine is gone from the P.O. and that might be why my shifter is acting up...any install help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Shawn

No. it does not get used! they are good shifters, they might take a little agustment (move back or forth) to get set right. I am running a dog leg to my bus nose cone, so some times it can be a little sloppy on the shift. Have fun. Do not throw away your old shifter, the revers lock out breaks easy on the scat shifter!

If the shifter has parts that break.....what the heck is good about them? By the way, I know that they break that pin or wear the plate out.....and it doesn't take long......I won't use them!
If at first you don't succeed, beat the pshaw out of the business partner, and then go at it alone! LOL!
