Master Cylinder

Postby Russhebert » 13 Sun Jul, 2008 2:10 pm

I need to replace my master cylinder on my clutch because it is leaking inside the car. I look at replacment cylinders but they talk about 5/8 bore or 3/4 or 7/8. How do I tell which I have? the pedal set I have is CNC.

Measure the inside of the bore where the plunger (cup) goes. Its been a long time since I rebuilt one but the rubber cups used to have the size inside of the cup.
It's EASY.... if you know how.
