Windsheild for san rail

If i put a windshield in my sand rail,will i have to have wipers for it to be street legal?

Technically yes:

However, you are not required to have a windshield so you can remove it for inspection. I have no idea where they would put the sticker.

Thanks.Yea i might just get it inspected with out one and have it removable.
