Many years ago ( about 20+ ) I read in Hot VW's mag that even the factory would put caster shims in cars when customers complained about the cars handling at highway speeds.
I personaly have two sets in my lowered buggy and I'm very pleased with the straight line handling. One set in your stock and or raised buggy cant hurt, allthough it might make it a little harder to turn, the up side is the steering wheel will want to come back to center on its own or without much effort.
I say go for it. Their inexpensive, easy to install and if you dont like them their easy to remove. You might want to buy the longer studs too just incase.
It's EASY.... if you know how.
