thinking about a steering damper and I know one end goes through the hole in the tie rod, but where does the other end go. keep in mind I had a custom beam built, is there a bracket or do I need to weld on a stud?

unfortunately i don't think this car of mine will be to light. It is an on and offroad midtravel car. lots of steel in the front end and 30in tires, its big. pics to come after a bit. the bracket that goes on the beam, thats the part I don't have....can i get one somewhere or a clamp on style?

Mike are ya planning to run a stock damper or something bigger?
I'm running the stocker on mine and it's working well with the 235x75x15's but I did add a little extra caster to my front end. Anyway if your going with a stocker just cut a bracket off an old beam that's what I did, I may even have an extra beam with bracket laying around if ya cant find one.

if you have one that would be great....I am planning on running a stocker and since I didn't start with a donor I don't have an old beam to get it from. I would greatly appreciate it.

not yet, still at bobby's but hopefully real soon!!! Down to just about the cage, lots of changes and more custom than we thought

Mike I didn't get a chance to look but I'm almost certain I have an extra beam with a bracket. If its OK with Bobby Ill just drop it by his place. Id like to take a look at your buggy anyway.
