Coil Shocks

Postby Russhebert » 03 Wed Feb, 2010 4:48 pm

Has anyone had any dealings with the coil over shock conversion for the rear. I have a nice stainless steel set with Heim joints and looks like it would be nice on there and i allready run coil overs on the back. I was wondering if it might make the ride too soft in the back after eliminating the torsion bars. Any thought ?

coilovers

Coilovers that use the heim fittings tend to be a little noiser on ride quality than those mounted in rubber. They should provide the necessary load range as a torsion bar. You can change the spring rates to what you need. Somewhat expensive tho.
