Roundup IX Picture Thread

Postby Ken » 03 Thu Sep, 2015 8:13 am

I wanted to start this before the weekend gets started.
I will be sending pictures to this album as time allows.
If you keep checking back to this album you'll see some real time pictures.
Next best thing to being there!

Okay, I went to the album you set up for "almost real-time" photo posting and didn't see any pictures of Delia shining up the green car. What's up with that?

Thanks for noticing Bill. I'll tell you what, it just takes a little elbow grease and time. Well worth it if you ask me. Oh and 124 years of marriage.

Home safe and sound. Hope allife are the same. Another jaw dropping great weekend. You people are the best friends we have. And great new friends. Almost all we talked about on our super long drive home was that we can't wait to see you all again... even Richard, kinda, but for sure Sandy.

What did everyone think of the Schulenburg area? We super enjoyed the cruises. Scenery was good and churches were amazing. Loved the food at the picnic.

Unfortunate it was so blasted hot, but I think we made the best and I don't think I heard anyone except probably me complain about it. We loved that we hit the fireworks and the short night cruise was awesome. Even our drive back to town sandwiched between the Blairs and the Dirks, with no headlights. Thanks guys.

Please post up links to your photobucket albums. I'll get the rest of mine loaded tomorrow. We got home to a defrosting deep freezer, so just spent a couple hours dealing with that.

And I'm certain we did not come close to telling Mr and Mrs Knesek and the Mechler's how much we appreciate the work and time they spent making this weekend happen for us. Postup and let them know.

Yep, great weekend. Thank you Bill and the Melchers. Great planning and the weather cooperated for the most part. See everyone at the next gathering.

Hi Folks,

Tina and I had a great time this past weekend. We met a bunch of very nice folks, made new friends and saw a lot of cool buggies.

I want to thank all the fine folks who put this event together. It was a fun time.

And Tina and I want to thank everyone we met this past weekend for the wonderful hospitality. Everyone made us feel welcomed and like we’ve already been part of the group.

Looking forward to the next event.

WOW. What a fabulous weekend. I don't know how it could have been any better. Unless we had 2 or 3 times more buggies..... I really enjoyed the new location. Thanks to everyone involved in planning this amazing weekend. I am however, already suffering from withdrawals. I cannot believe we have to wait until next year for another buggy rally.
