The Fort Worth VolksFolks Club would like to invite you to their 15th annual VW show in Fort Worth.
This year the show will be held at Burgers' Lake in west Fort Worth.
Although this lake is spring fed, it is drained and cleaned at the end of each summer, so there will be no water activities available.
However, this location has plenty of shade trees, sand volleyball, and picnic areas.
Please note that no alcohol is allowed in the park area, and they have the right to inspect vehicles at the gate.

We plan on making this show as long as weather is good.

Who else is planning on it?? We usually try to go to dinner after the show with the buggy group. Anyone interested in doing this again this year???

We went last year and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we have something else planned this weekend and won't make it this year.
Last year, I recall, all the talk was that this would be moved, because the park was selling to an apartment developer. I'm happy to see this didn't happen.

Ken, you must have been at the one 2 years ago. It was moved to a new location last year. The old location was sold and they are building on the land now. The Burger's Lake, location is pretty nice and last year was great. Pam and I plan on being at this one. Supper would be fun.

Did anyone make it to this event? My plans got changed when work called early Saturday morning. Ahhhhh.
