OK, so I've gotten word that several campers have booked sites at Piney Hill at Bastrop State Park.
So if you plan to camp, that is the place to look into.

We have booked Piney Hill at Bastrop State Park, site 004. Martins site 023. Not sure of the other site numbers booked so far by others. Looking forward to a great event and getting to camp at a very nice park.

I'm not sure if Dave has finalized hotel, but I know he was talking about the State Park for camping. For hotel, I think trailer parking was the issue he was working on.
