Hi, I'm Georganne, the proud new owner of this:
She is surrounded by Guzzi love & was readily accepted into the stable.
Yes, she's already got a "buggy" windshield, but I had to take her out for a short 360 mile test ride on the curvy East Texas FM roads between Lindale & Hearne. Had to learn how she handles the road, what speed I could go..... I picked up a cat in Hearne, so I did have company on the return trip. The cat survived, didn't even get sick with all the curves, bumps, & heat.
Some of the FM roads I took - 315 from Chandler to Palestine,
From Oakwood (west of Palestine) - 831, 1511, 811, 1119.
If anyone wants to go riding with me sometime, please holler at me & I'll jump to go! I'll try to pay attention to signs like this:
and avoid roads like this:
or not!
(David, I will do my best to keep her cleaner than the gray Jackal in the picture. That bike is my "dual-sport" touring bike. It's actually a touring bike, but it handles very well on gravel & dirt.)
I don't really know anything about buggies, so don't laugh at me if I have some "silly" questions!
Looking forward to getting to know ya better & having some fun outings!
Georganne
