As anyone who has met Dave and Christy will testify, this is one of the nicest couples you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

So absolutely, prayers will be going up from Rosenberg.

Dear Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I share this information with you. Last Tuesday Christy suffered a major stoke. As tragic as this week has been on the Wells family, Chrsity is already making daily improvements. With that said, please keep Christy, Dave and their children in your daily thoughts and prayers as there is a long road of recovery a head for this family. I have no doubt that they will prevail, although knowing we are thinking of them through the daily burdens will provide much comfort, of that I'm sure.

Hello everyone,

Dave and Christy have asked me to let everyone know how much they appreciate the kind words and prayers. After a week in a regular hospital, Christy has been moved into a rehabilitation center. It is uncertain at this time how long she will be here. She is in great spirits and her wit is still there. She is quick to throw a zinger at Dave and keep the doctors and nurses amused. She has lost most function of her left side. She has already shown signs of improvement and they are certain the new therapy sessions will make great progress. The rehab hospital is a very well equipped and well staffed facilities.

For all of you who have asked, here is an address that can be used to send Christy well wishes.
Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital
Attn Christy Wells - Room 304
700 West 45th Street
Austin, Texas 78751

Best regards,
Ken
