Lodging info for the Roundup

Hi everyone, we are going back to Schulenburg for the Roundup Labor Day weekend. We don’t want to steal any thunder from the upcoming Buggy Blast but need to share lodging information with everyone, especially the campers.

Camping accommodations are at Schulenburg RV. Call 979-743-4388 for reservations & be sure to let them know you are with the Texas Manx Dune Buggy Club. Rates should be about $50 per night. Cancellation allowed 7 days prior to arrival with a possible $10 fee. Cancellation less than 7 days can result in a $50 fee. RV parks fill up quickly so if you are confident you are attending book soon.

Hotel will be Holiday Inn Schulenburg . I am still waiting to sign the block agreement. Rates are $139/King & $149/2 Queens unless we have less than 6 rooms booked, then rates are $159/King & $169 2 Queens. We will need to book directly with the hotel & I will share their number once I have everything set up.

Double Queen Room - $142.00 + Tax (per night)

King Room - $132.00 + Tax (per night)
8 rooms blocked
One night total is $149.82
Three nights total is $449.46

King Suite - $152.00 + Tax (per night)
5 rooms blocked
One night total is $172.52
Three nights total is $517.56
