It's very hard to find those wheel & tyres overhere in the Netherlands. So I had to order them in the U.S. At this time I'm still waiting for 2 BF Goodrich Radial T/A 215/60R14, for the wheels in front.

Nice one , what a great find! I nearly went for those wheels on my buggy but decided to stick with the slot mags as I'd already sourced two.

Gert,

is that an oil cooler just ahead of your left rear tire? Any concerns about rocks?

The buggy looks really great, nice and classic....who needs side pods, right ? :lol:

Yes, it's an oil cooler. On the other side is one too. And yes, I concern about rocks. Who has an idea?

I have a single external cooler that is attached to the underside of the rear seat area. Still gets a few dings, but no "direct hits."

how bout if you tuck that cooler back a bit to the back wall and direct the air flow into it with a sheet mettal duct?
I have to say i like the soft top better to go with the old school look
you might be able to die it Black to clean it up?

Wow - that is sweet! A Bruce Meyers autographed photo!? Holy smokes! I'm a little jealous there.
Love the wheels a tyres(?) dude, best combination I've ever seen.. 8-)

I say with those coolers near the wheels, hold your foot on the pedal a little longer when you do burn-outs in the gravel; you'll know if there is a problem with an oil leak back there when you get back on the pavement. I say drive it. Very nice ride - sir!
