Steering part

Whats the correct name for the part that attaches to the top of the rubber biscuit that has the splined end that the steering wheel rod attaches to? And where would one be available?

Mine is welded to u-joint assembly that I'm not planning on using. I don't know what to call it to do a search for a new one?

Yes that is it. I looked at Moore, but must have looked in the wrong place.

Technically I only need the top piece, but I may go ahead and get the chrome pair.

I need to play catch up with Jack now, his buggy is all shiney
