If I remember correctly that buggy was at Ennis Bug-in in the spring and it was registered as a show vehicle, I hope that helps.

I saw it at the Texas Classic 2 years ago. It won an award, it might be listed on the Classic website as a past winner, it had the owner listed at that time.
