speaker mounts?

Postby cobra!tx » 30 Wed Dec, 2009 2:22 pm

trying to figure out a way to mount some speakers to my body-i do not have side pods and was trying to figure out how some of yall did it-I have a full dash and a rear seat so thats out-tried looking on line for some sort of fiberglass pod or spacer to space the speaker from the side of the body but my speakers are over 2 inch deep and all the spacers i find are 1/2 or 1 inch-any ideas?

Another option is to look towards marine audio. Some attach to roll bars, some are box speakers, some can/have fiberglass enclosures, some are built to withstand the elements, etc. etc.

If you have a back seat, I've still not seen the body design. some have a flat area where the footrest is. There's a place where to put speakers!
