Is it lowered? Normal height? Who are you? Post up pics of your ride. Regular VW tow bar should work unless there are other items in the way.

I have towed one on a tow bar from Amarillo to Ennis and back several years ago. I did however cover the windshield and the nose of the buggy in cardboard so i didnt chip the nose of the buggy or the windshied as my truck sat quite abit higher than the buggy. I am sure there are better ways, but I was on a budget.
Thanks Joe

Hey Cal,
Welcome to the site and I hope you will hang around. I agree about covering the windshield. When I was towing I knocked a good sized fracture into my windshield.

You going to tow the buggy to Fredericksburg and join us there?
