YES!!!! That's why I'm so mad. I coach so I don't work on Saturdays unless I'm in a tournament. I've had two Saturday work days this year and this is the last day of school thing, so I can't miss it. We missed the Classic too.

Last year we had to leave the BB on Sunday, because I learned from my kids they had school on Monday Memorial day. I as shocked. Never heard of this before and it was NOT a make up. It was a planned school day. No joke.

I guess they had so many absences, from kids and faculty they have unofficially said, that won't happen again.

I saw on the news this morning, one of the schools here in DFW is having school on Monday.
