Raised White Letters

i have a brand-new set of BF Goodrich Radial T/S's with raised white letters. Unfortunately, the white letters want to turn brown. My retailer has already replaced the set once, and I'm still having the same problem.
And, Staggerwing, bought a set of the same tires and he too is having the same problem.
Anyone else out there experiencing the this problem with their RWL tires?

The only thing I've found will clean them is Dura Goss 701 Whitewall Cleaner and 150 grit sandpaper. But, I'm not sure how long they will stay white.

It's frustrating to spend all those $$$ and have to deal with this.
