Where'd everybody go?

Postby GregR » 13 Thu Dec, 2007 10:32 am

Pretty quiet around here, guess everyone is doing their Christmas shopping.
Not many days left...what's on your list???

Mine has good weather to go out and dirve my udated buggy like I stole it, right Donna?

and I have an 18 or 24 volt cordless drill on the list too.

I wonder if David H has a SawzAll on his list?

I hear you can get one at the "Christmas Store"
Neil Decker had all kinds of tools that you can get at the "Christmas Store"
I envy his tool collection.
Really I need a sawzall to cut up all my left over donor bugs to haul off to the scrape metal place. Edie has been on me to get rid of them.

Everyone have a Merry Christmas.

Tile saw, I think I'll get one for my wife. That can only solidify the relationship. You don't get to use that word "solidify" very often, do you!

Your right it has been quiet on th forum as of late but its not due to my buggy work.

I'm up to my elbows in necessary car projects with 6 cars in the household as daily drivers you never get a break to do much buggy work. I will give you a quick rundown for the next 16 days garage schedule at my house- new tires for momma's car (waiting in garage since wednesday night) - rebuild a friends 96 bronco 302 that the vortech supercharger ate up - pull and rebuild jeep 5spd manual in my youngest's truck - continue the bmw 325 rebuild (i picked this up for the oldest who is graduatiing from Tx A&M this may.

Oh and this is just the major work it doesn't include dropping off mom and daughter's cars at cheverolet for warranty work and the normal oil, water, brakes, etc.

And I thought I was going to get the frame fitted and welded on my buggy during the week between christmas and new years, I must have fallen asleep at work and dreamed about it because when put this down on paper it doesn't look good for my buggy plans at all.

I don't think it is just here. I have noticed that all the buggy forums seem to be slow. :?

Awesome Christmas present! I had mine out yesterday and beat down the trail in the woods for our annual hay ride.

My two favorite off road toys. 8-)

Computer been down....again. Holiday stuff.....and my oldest daughter's kid (five months along) died and they had to take it. Kinda ruined the holidays for us, but nothing could be done.
If at first you don't succeed, beat the pshaw out of the business partner, and then go at it alone! LOL!
