I am looking for someone to put an adjuster into my front beam. I have talked to a lot of people in the Dallas area and can't find anyone. Any idea?

Gary, unless you are wanting a customn install, just buy a new one and sell your old bare beam. You will be happier in the end.

The problem is, its for the Manxter, and the brazilian front ends that everyone sell with the adjusters are a smaller diameter. The side bars attach to the front end and would be too loose. I had the same thought. Found that out on the one that came with the doner car.

Another problem with the "foreign" beams is that the grease fittings are not in the same place. We hat to notch the side intrusion bar clamps. I thought the problem was with the Manxter parts at first, and then I found out what the real problem was. Go German! Tom

Yes like I said I found that out early. Got a new beam from OEVEEDUB. Its a Mexican beam and everything seems to be in the right place. Looks 1000 times better then the brazilian one. Now I have enough front end to build another car. Help. I am hoping to get this project rolling after I get the front done.
